Ben started ProFrame Construction back in 2006 and spent years building just about everything. Then, around 2013, he built his first patio cover… and never really stopped. He fell hard for aluminum (it doesn't rot, warp, or need repainting — the perfect relationship), so he did what any reasonable guy would do: started a whole new company. And just like that, Patio Pros was born.

Laura wears all the office hats. Bookkeeping, social media, marketing, scheduling, and keeping Ben on schedule (the hardest job of all). Basically, if it doesn't involve a ladder and a drill, it's Laura. She's the voice on the phone, the face behind the posts, and the reason everything runs like clockwork.

Of course, nobody builds an empire alone. Tom heads up sales — he's the guy who'll come out, talk shop, and help you figure out exactly what your backyard needs. And then there's our awesome installation crew: the hardworking pros out in the sun making sure every cover goes up solid, square, and built to last.

Together, Patio Pros is a small local team that treats every backyard like it's their own. Tom plans it, the crew builds it, Ben makes sure it's done right, Laura keeps it all running, and you get to kick back in the shade.
